March 22nd: Are you feeling stuck in your career while trying to balance the strain of daily routines? Let's work through that and understand the needs of balancing your working schedule with the needs of your day.

Transitional Mindfulness
Transitioning from one mindset to another can be challenging, especially when you are basing it on your self value. Transitional Mindset is a workshop that focuses on the steps needed to move forward to your next milestone while elevating your sense of value.

Boundary Setting with Confidence
July 12th: Boundary Setting can be difficult especially when we are coming up against people who we feel we cant live without. Walking in that clear space allows us to build our confidence and speak with conviction so no one will take our power.

August 30th: We always view ourselves in one light and are seen in another. Understanding how we got to this point and the steps we need to take to move forward toward the image we'd hope to have. Your character is meant to be designed through your decisions and your ability to reflect, so lets get to designing.

October 26th: Poetry is a form of expression that exposes the beauty and the pain behind every one's eyes. In this experience, we have to find a way to take on the most basic art skills to turn them into a story brutal expression.

The Ultimate Woman
Mind. Body. Spirit. A way to form the ultimate woman. We have placed the understandings of this concept in one workshop to better understand our needs as women. This workshop is the key to balance, expression, and reflection.
